We need to have atleast basic requirements in the room for what we have paid. Few things were missing and i have given them few suggestions and advises for which i am 100% sure they will work on it. Arshi Khan was too helpful and was available round the clock to serve us and she is the True Illustration of Customer Service.

From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, their dedication to customer service was evident. Each interaction was met with a warm smile and a willingness to assist, making our stay truly enjoyable. The impeccable service provided by the staff added a special touch to my overall positive impression of the hotel.

The Front Desk people were very cordial and with helping tendency. The Room Service Manager is very cordial. The ambience and the rooms are good and I prefer to stay again in this hotel.
